Shipping
We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within three business days of receipt, so long as the products you purchased are in stock. If for some reason any product is not in stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. The notification email will also contain information relating to the anticipated ship date of the product(s).
Returns
Sales are final unless a return is being made pursuant to the limited warranty contained in our standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which you will have an opportunity to review as part of your purchase. A copy of the EULA is also contained in the package in which your product is shipped. Before you return a product to ThingMagic, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please use the Support Portal to obtain an RMA number
