ThingMagic Partners, Resellers and OEM Customers who purchased products directly from ThingMagic and have an active support contract may login and use the Portal to:

  • Submit bug reports
  • Request RMAs for defective hardware
  • Ask product questions
  • Submit feature requests
  • Monitor open and closed support cases
  • Access the product knowledge base
  • Access current download passwords

If you are a direct ThingMagic Customer and have not received your login ID and Password please register.

If you purchased product from a ThingMagic Reseller or through other indirect channels please contact the reseller.
